About Us

In 1999, I left the corporate world of sales and bought a hobby farm in the San Juan Islands in Puget Sound. My plan was to just do some gardening, raise a few chickens, and perhaps sell a few dozen eggs to my neighbors. It wasn't long before a friend suggested I take on a couple of goats that needed a new home. Before I knew it, Dancing Goat Soap was born.

With beautiful Whidbey Island as our home base, Dancing Goat Soap is now in its 8th year, and still growing. I have developed several new products and am very excited to be able to share them with you. With our new website, we are making our products more accessible to our family, friends and future friends.

I use only locally-farmed goats milk from the Kinder goat because of the high fat content. I use only quality, food-grade ingredients to make honest, natural soap and products. I don't add dyes to change the color or chemical sudsing agents. My soaps rinse completely off your skin, leaving you clean and smooth.

My mission is to bring you natural, healthy and beautiful products that add a positive bathing experience to your life. I know you will like them as much as I do.
